I have worked for companies in the past that required me to be in contact with different types of customers with different needs. I have experience in dealing with Order fulfillment, Customer support and Even technical support calls. I have excellent English communication skills for both written and oral.
I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Ecommerce website for a month and 7 months for a Singaporean company who sells products online.
I am friendly and can stay in front of the computer for hours. I am good in dealing with deadlines and make sure that I deliver on my responsibilities on time. I always try my best to exceed expectations.
