I have worked with a call center company for five years. I started as a Customer Representative then became a Coach and finally landed a Team Leader position.
As a customer representative I was tasked to verify business information of companies across the United States and Canada. The account I belonged did an outbound calling and non-voice email task and outsourcing.
As a coach, I handled a team composed of 20 agents. My responsibility includes making sure that target matrix of the account are reached daily by agents, coaching agents with their performance and quality of work. As a team leader, I handled a team composed of 20 agents and was also tasked by the manager to handle the account's dialer, account's performance making sure that matrix are met and account is getting the target revenue for the day to meet the target revenue for the month. Monitor's all agents performance through the dialer giving instructions to other team leaders and agents. Submits daily and monthly reports to account operations manager and client's in the United States and Canada.
