For twelve (12) years of being employed from prestigious companies, it equipped me with the knowledge and skills in terms of accounting works, in sales and marketing.
In my first job as an accounting staff, i dwell so much on the preparation and issuance of cash vouchers, petty cash vouchers, check for accounts payables, debit/credit advices,and billing for customers purchases. I'm also a payroll incharge for employees salaries for the month and responsible for remittances of employees contributions to Social Security System(SSS), Home Development Mutual Fund(HDMF) and PhilHealth agencies. Preparing reports daily and monthly for cash disbursements, fund request from the main office, post dated checks, provisional receipts, collections, stock transfers, fuel consumptions and acknowledgement receipts for customers. I also conduct monthly inventories for diversified products every end of the month.
As an assistant sales respresentative, I have extensive and relevant sales experience in client interaction, assisting customers with product selection and excellent communicating and negotiating skills. Take incharge of preparing bidding documents for every bidding schedules from different government and private agencies that the company would like to joined with and attends on the day of the bidding. Collecting payments for due/overdue accounts of customers, booking of orders and assists during deliveries.
In terms of technical works, I know MSWord, MSExcel and MSPowerPoint pretty well.
I can worked well by myself without any supervision. I'm a hard worker and always attends to the objective of the company .
