Passionate about working remotely. Currently managing my own business online since the pandemic. Worked as a General Virtual Assistant for 5 years in an online company catering to people from California, New York, and Australia. 

1.  I have training in using CRM in emailing prospecting selling antiques, paintings, and pieces of jewelry. 
2. I am also knowledgeable in using eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Salesforce, and Magento.
3. I use Google Spreadsheets for my reports in making invoices per month.
4. I am knowledgeable about Calendar Management using Greenhouse.
5. From time to time, I am asked for researching lead generation.
6. I am also knowledgeable in Recruitment and headhunting.
7. I made manuals for all my daily routine work.
8. I am knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel.

I also worked at Pan Pacific Manila Hotel, a 5-star hotel, for 8 years. I worked for the Human Resources department handling Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations. 

I worked at Samsung Electronics, a famous manufacturing company, for 1 year in the Human Resources department handling Recruitment and a with a little knowledge of timekeeping and payroll.

I graduated from St. Scholastica's College Manila with a degree in BS Psychology and AB major in Guidance and Counseling. I am a fast learner, and a good listener, and I do not easily give up.
