I am presently working in a call center company as a Transaction Monitoring Evaluator and I've been in this position for two years. It involves proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Prior to this, I was a customer service representative for more than 3 years. I was exposed to voice,chat and email support for the clients' customers. I have good writing skills as well. I was a news editor for our college paper and was an editor-in-chief for our high school paper. I take everything as a challenge and I am a fast-learner. I can work with very minimal supervision. I also have intermediate skills for photoshop and video editing but I am willing to be trained for further growth and development in these skills.
