Profile Description

I was an Inbound and Outbound call center agent for two years and a half at ImUSA health network. It was my duty to do call clients or accept calls from clients who wants to purchased
a Power wheelchair.
After taking calls I land a Job as a Recruiter, I was assigned to screen check all of the applicants and make sure they are equipped to do there task.
I have also a Virtual Assistant experience at Proxy Corp LTD ( debtorsoft)
for two years and a half. It was my duty to do data entry, encoding, transfering files from a web to microsoft office tools or google docs, researching, gathering info, email marketing and talking to clients.

- Transcribing calls
- give quick rebuttals in a certain situation
- Always have an output in every task I made for the day.
- Use google tools
- knowledge in Microsoft tools and google spreedsheets.
- Knowledge in using zoiper, xlite and google voice
- Knows how to handle irate clients
