Profile Description

I specifically assist and help issues, pertaining to internet and phone connection issues. I can also assist issues regarding to email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple, etc. We are provided with a number of different online tools that can help resolve issues, specifically designed for Phone issues (No dial tone, Incoming and Outgoing calls) and Internet connection (No bloc Sync, Slow speed, Intermittent Connection.) All tools that I am familiar with in the company has been self-taught and done through observation. I can say I am a decent researcher. There are times where I am not familiar with a customer's issue and I make very good use of online sources. I am patient, determined and unless there is really nothing much to look for anymore, I keep digging, researching, and checking items online.
