I studied Medical Transcription and trained and worked for a year. I was a virtual assistant for more than 3 years - handling e-mails, internet research, phone support and setting appointments for clients.. I worked as a typist for, then as a customer service representative. I do well in English - verbal and non verbal. I am an expert in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. I trained and assist customers on the services and products offered as my previous job.
I am seeking for a stable job in which I can contribute my knowledge, gain more and help the client to build the best out of everything.
