Profile Description

I've worked with retail, restaurants, and call centers wherein I was able to sharpen my knowledge on how to provide excellent service and resolve any emerging issue of customers with accuracy and efficiency. As a result of this, I'm proud as one of the Silver Awardees of EXSA 2015 (Excellent Service Award), an award organized by the Restaurant Association of Singapore for excellent service achievers.

I'm also a freelance transcriber since 2018. I have an average typing speed of 40-45 words per minute. I may not have the fastest fingers, but I’m an efficient worker and can deliver quality transcripts.

Overall, I have more than 20 years of work experience from different types of businesses, all related to customer service. I’m capable of using tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce to communicate with customers and, of course, I'm eager to learn more.

I may be a beginner as a freelancer, but I know that I have enough experience to deliver and ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained and excellent service standards are carried out to all types of customers.
