Hey there! Thanks for visiting my profile. 

I want to start with one thing — my primary work experiences seem to be unrelated, Content Writing & Customer Service.

But in reality, I am a better writer because of my strong customer service background, and my strong communication skills (both in writing and speaking) certainly helped me excel in my role as CSR.
I have worked remotely for the past 10 years, and currently (as of this writing, February 2024), I am employed full-time by a great digital marketing agency based in the US, but I am constantly seeking gig or freelance work to augment my salary. 

Together with my husband, we raise 3 school-aged kids, and with today's high cost of living, 2nd and 3rd jobs seem to be a pre-requisite for us working class heroes. 

With a diverse skill set in content creation, project management, and customer
service, and an almost-accentless American English, I bring to the table good, old honest hard work, expertise, humility, and dedication.
