At first glance, my extensive experience in both Content Writing & Customer Service may seem unrelated.
But I am a better writer because of my strong customer service background, and my strong communications skills (writing and speaking) certainly helped me excel in my role as CSR.
I have worked remotely for the past 10 years, and currently I am employed full-time by a digital marketing agency based in the US. Still, in this economy, I am constantly on the lookout for freelance or part-time opportunities that fit my time and schedule as a mom and wife.
Together with my husband, we raise 3 school-aged children. We live in the beautiful town of Valencia in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. Our lives are quiet, simple and peaceful, with routines revolving around our children.
With a diverse skill set in content creation, project management, and customer service, and an almost-accentless American English, I bring to the table good, old honest hard work, expertise, humility, flexibility and dedication.
