i've worked as a call center officer for 4 years now. for now, im working for an outbound account-
sales and marketing. we need to hit a regular quota to be given a contract as a regular agent. after 6 months of regularization, you'll need to have 6 more moths of hitting a higher quota to be promoted to level 2 status, and im a level 2 agent now. i also have a bit of experience for inbound accounts. costumer service mainly. we are required to have efficient computer skills, multi tasking is a must and creativity. proactive and willing to learn new skills.
