Profile Description
I have been in the BPO industry for more than 8 years now.
Worked my way up from Technical Support, for both voice and non-voice, to Workforce Management as Real Time Analyst and on to being a Scheduler for our onshore and offshore sites.
Prior to this, I worked as a Research Analyst for a company that provided services to major banks and lending companies in the US.
I am highly experienced in MS Excel, MS Word, WFM tools (NICE IEX Workforce Management and Avaya CMS). My typing speed ranges from 70 to 80 wpm. I am very detail-oriented and can work under little supervision.
I can create spreadsheets from simple data entry to complex analysis reports.
