I was a call center agent for a year in one of the BPO companies at Cebu city.At first , I was a Customer Service Representative and became a Technical Support Representative after a few months . I held three accounts at the same time with the customers from the United States of America . The accounts created a lot of pressure , but modesty aside , I was able to polish off the majority of my calls successfully .
Moreover,I taught English as a Second language , through Skype , with the students from different countries . Specifically , most of them were from Taiwan , Japan , China , South Korea , and Iran . It was not a home based teaching , I needed to report 5 times a week from 3PM up to 12AM . It was a challenging job the fact that I dealt with people from different cultures , but I was able to adjust smoothly .
I'm confident that I could be a valuable asset to my future employer , and I bring to the table all of the skills that you require for a specific job .
