Profile Description

Handles all Salesforce Administrative Functions including User
Account

Maintenance, Rules, Automations, Workflows and other
routine tasks. 

Serves as Primary Senior Salesforce Administrator 

To be the go-to person for all Salesforce related back end
processes 

Manage and/or collaborate on all projects that touch the
Salesforce ecosystem 

Adhoc Tasks from all department (Finance, Operations, Payroll,
IT) 

Adhoc Projects - IT Inventory Management in Salesforce /
Medication Database in Salesforce / Investigation Form
Management
Manage all Salesforce

Systems Administration
Daily Administration and support of Salesforce including user setup, design and configuration of
Custom Objects, Profiles and Roles. 

Help business operations scale via automation and other enhancements
Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets. 

Salesforce Configurations:
Creation of Reports (Standard and Custom Report) and Dashboards
 - Creation of Automations Workflow Rule / Process Builder / Salesforce Flows
- Modify/Creation of Custom Fields and Custom Objects 
- Assignment Rules (Case Assignment Rules / Lead Assignment Rules) 
- Email-to-case, Web-to-Lead / Email Templates / Email Alerts 
- Creation of New Profile/Role/Permission Sets/Permission Sets Group 
- Sharing Settings
 - Debug Log
- Sandbox refresh (Full Copy/Developer) 
- Change Sets (Deployment
