In my 2 years of experience working with different companies and clients I can say that I have been trained to develop my skills as a customer service representative and also as a virtual assistant. I have developed great interpersonal skills, unflappable under pressure. I have the ability to work well with others, particularly with difficult personalities and in very pressurized environments. Dealing with different people for years has also given me the opportunity to practice and enhance my communication skills as most of the jobs that I have handled had required. I'm very proficient in speaking and writing in English; I am well experienced with managing time and organizing data. I am well experienced with the use of Microsoft Word, as well and some basics of Excel and Power Point. I always give my 101% in any work assigned to me. I am willing to learn and deliver any other skills I may need to in the demand of my work.
