I had developed this skill working as a Tier 3 KANA Agent in Qualfon Philippines for almost 3 years were I responded to emails is routed and filtered according to skill. I am also capable in taking "Inbound and Outbound calls" and leaving "Voice mail messages".
I am a self-starter dedicated, hardworking person who works well with others. I am very outgoing, dependable but most of all, I am always eager to learn and grow professionally. What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.
