I'd been an English teacher for Jabez International School for a year, teaching Koreans the English language. Specifically Reading and a lot of basic English for kids. Had experienced teaching a few teenagers that study in international and local schools here in the Philippines, but their lessons don't focus mainly on English alone, academic subjects are also in the mix where we as their tutors need to guide and help them as well. After the teaching job I moved to Sutherland Global services, a Call Center which caters to the United States. My job description with the company was a sales representative dealing with Cable TV, Internet and Mobile Phones. My next employer was Teletech which is a Call Center as well, but this time I was helping Australians with their simple technical problems with mobile, cable, internet and sales. I work well with different nationalities, even when there is a language barrier with some of the people that i work with, I always manage to break through it and get the job done.
