I worked 2 years in a call center industry as a researcher, customer service, telemarketer and technical support. From there, I've learned being a tech savvy. I am currently in a government agency doing general demands of work making assessment and incident reports pertaining to peace and order in the area of responsibility. As a public servant, bureaucracy is highly practiced hence I've got tons of time to do other things. I want to maximize my time with whatever resources I have. I know all MS application, I do Photoshop, I can edit videos and willing to learn more there is to learn.
