Profile Description

I have been an assistant to a Real Estate Investor for quite some time so I know where to market the products and advertise it to social networks. I have also the knowledge of sending out voiceblast and emails and knows a software that I can generate emails and phone numbers to send email and voiceblast.
I am also working with MS office to create my articles,I worked as a Technical Support in one of
the companies in the United States wherein, customers will call in and asking
for assistance in their smartphones so we cater them and treat them as they
liked to be treated like giving them full assistance to all their problems and concerns and basically giving them tips in the proper handling their smartphones. Also in terms of transcipting audios into text, this is somewhat same as my job since every call we had are recorded according to the call flow in details like writing it into text in our files.
