I was working at a prestigious call center in Makati City Manila Philippines.. The name of the callcenter i worked for was CONVERGYS. My account then was ONSTAR and i was assigned as one the callcenter advisor for Customer Service wherein i get to receive all the compliants by our onstar subscriber. I was a regular employee of the said callcenter for two years then i resigned for i was being called by my family to work full time in the province as manager for their business.Currently im a manager, at the same time, HR,and accounting head. On the side, i am also handling a few talents here in our place. I organize shows for them and i also do bookings for shows for my talents. I also tutor my little niece with her assignments and so's my daughter. My great dream was to be a news anchor or someone who broadcast news preferably over the radio. Its my fervent dream to talk on the radio. I love talking and i love exchanging ideas, meeting new people, and i also plan to run for government office in our place in the future. After my stint with Convergys, i learned so many things and being out of the box had helped me a lot and had me improved myself more. I was able to handle pressure, i was able to handle irate customers on the phone ( thats why with my current job now, i was able to handle customers personally because of my experience and training from convergys).Im the type of person who is goal-oriented, and a performer at that .I do my job to the best of what i can do, talk-wise, it is the task/action that speaks more to be able to achieve my coveted income.
