I am dedicated, self-motivated and goal-driven IT lecturer with 2 and a half years’ progressive experience in college settings. Documented success in providing activities, assignments and projects that engage and develop the students intellectually. Teach students with IT related courses such as Fundamentals of IT, Management Information System, Multimedia Authoring and IT Ethics, some of our classes took place in a laboratory where they can practice what they have learned.
I have a research about Usability of Multimedia Presentation on Open ---------- Writer to selected 4th year High School Students in Butuan City when I took my Masters in Information Technology and it was approved by the our professor.
I am an energetic and focused customer service representative with proven competency in resolving a wide range of product and service issues speedily and satisfactorily, maintaining composure while handling challenging customer demands in US and learning new processes from beginning to end.
I was an on-call Data Entry Clerk , all i have to do was to transfer data from paper formats into computer files using MS Word and MS Excel, encode the data provided directly from the head clerk, verify data by comparing it to source documents, update existing data, retrieve data from the electronic files as requested, perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
I was a part time virtual assistant to Euro State in which I had to update the information of a certain apartment before uploading it to the website. We used slacks to communicate with the owner of the website. At the same time I was a full time Virtual Assistant to Eklego International Trading, I am knowledgeable to use the Tactical Arbitrage. I know how to do Product Searching, Reverse Searching, update Saved Search and Wholesale Searching. Aside from that I do some book keeping with my clients.
