My most recent work was with a BPO (call center) as a Team Leader, where I led a group of 22 agents. My daily task was to monitor and ensure that these agents continue to meet and implement client goals. I spoke with, met and presented reports of the agents' progress in English to our clients. This task has been ongoing for past 6 years on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Initially, however, I was a Trainer for the team. I taught the new batches of agents the Technical knowledge they needed to know in order to understand and resolve the customer issues, as well as coached them on correct English vocabulary and grammar usage to better improve their ratings with the callers.
Before this I was an agent for the English- customer care lines and handled support through both phone and email. Experience was both for Customer Support and Technical Support (client-specific training was given).
With application from my last six years management tasks, I am now quite well-versed and quick with using MS Excel and MS Word. I can use MS PowerPoint as well. I was part of several implementations of project ramp-ups within our unit and can also understand and implement similar projects in the future.
