I have worked for Total Outsourcing Philippines
from March 2009
- May 2010 may while finishing my Bachelor Of Science in Nursing degree. We do outbound calls to prospect clients who wants to have their cars, property and houses insured , also from the same company we do sales for long distance calling cards for Airtel account.
From April 2010 - March 2011 I served as an assistant for a dental clinic along with i also serve as a front desk personnel who receives calls and do reservation for the doctor on duty.
I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative from March 2011- November 2011 for Cyber City Teleservices Davao, we handled inbound accounts for their order department and resolve customer related concern and figure out help that is appropriate for them.
