I've done various virtual jobs and I don't claim to be an expert in each one of them. I just strive to give quality work and I'm very loyal. I can learn and adapt to new things fast. I can pick up instructions pretty well and I'm not scared to ask questions if need be.
Prior to my work from home stints, I've experienced to work as a customer care associate for Hongkong-Shanghai Banking Corp. (HSBC) and
a message control/voice to text conversion agent for Scopeworks Inc.- a US based company.
I got myself a nice virtual position as a Chat Support Specialist in 2009 for a law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2010, I got myself another job as a researcher for SEOConsultingforsure which is an Australian company. After 9 months or so they trained me to do some SEO tasks and I've worked for them for almost 4 years.
Here are some of my job responsibilities:
• Editing / proof reading
• Creating short Youtube videos to engage visitors and draw traffic
• Management of Article Marketing software including creation of accounts, adding in articles, creating hyperlinks and submission rotation
• Post articles on Web 2.0 sites
• Transcribe videos and audios and transform them into informative contents for publishing on websites
• Management of Wordpress websites, including onpage and offpage SEO, creating new pages and posts
• Creation of Youtube channels
