Profile Description

I worked at Accenture Inc. (Philippines) for 1 year and 4 months as a Tier 1 Tech Support for a US-based client (DSL Account) and 5 months as a Customer Service Representative / Collections Agent for an Australian-based client (Utility Account). I used SAP-CRM for both projects. I was then hired as a Senior Recruiter Level 1 at PSG Global Solutions and worked there for 8 months. I worked on IT job requisitions (entry level to managerial) for the whole life cycle of the project. I do passive sourcing in LinkedIn and make us of boolean strings in sourcing using Google. I used Bullhorn ATS for uploading candidates' resumes and used Bullhorn Reach for job posting. I also search resumes at Monster, Career Builder and Dice job search websites using the client's log-in. I'm currently locally employed as a Recruitment Associate for a UK company, Cape East Philippines since Sept. 2012. I assist the Recruitment Specialist in conducting interviews (Skilled Trades), monitors candidates' status, schedule and coordinates training requirements and does other administrative jobs.
