Profile Description

I used to work in the BPO industry as a call centre agent for more than 5 years. Handling irate customers is what I love doing most back then. I started a small online business so I decided to quit working in a call centre. To maximize my earnings and time, I worked as a freelancer on various freelance sites such as Odesk, Upgrade to see actual info, etc. I've worked as a researcher, data entry and data extractor in Elance (which is Upwork now). I did some chat support project too. I'm knowledgeable with MAC and Windows OS. I know some basic PC software and hardware troubleshooting. I'm familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, MS Office Tools and other PC apps. I can read and write in HTML.
