Installs standard software applications in workstations, and ensures they are updated with the latest patches. Basic Network maintenance Operates on Active Directory as Administrators Assists on remote using ZOHO Servicedesk as L1 & L2 Support Device management function on inventory, assessment of units, and deployment for new hires or replacements. Setup and test all new laptops and desktop Installs and configures IT equipment according to user requirements and set standards. Assists in ensuring the availability of network and data communication lines (Internet/IP-VPN) to users. Assists in ensuring workstations are at optimum performance.
