With minimal supervision and using independent judgment and discretion, manage all aspect of the client relationship post implementation including the following:
Proactively manage customer relationships utilizing strong planning, negotiation and project management skills;
Supports efforts to maintain a 100% client retention
Manage customer contract renewal process, including coordinating with the client, negotiating fee increases, notifying accounting and updating salesforce
Monitor customer usage and actively support customers in promoting and extending usage of Enwisen tools and resources;
Manage customer support activities and small customer projects (annual enrollment, site refreshes, content updates and changes, new tours) ensuring that Enwisen is compliant with Service Level Agreements
Acquire and demonstrate understanding of Enwisen’s proprietary tools in order to advise client of product capabilities
Take ownership of client issues and, collaborating with internal business partners, is accountable to drive research into determining root cause analysis of issues and to communicate feedback to the client.
Work cooperatively with internal teams, to resolve issues and improve internal processes that affect customer satisfaction.
Develop the infrastructure, tools and methodologies needed for continuous quality improvement; and
Coordinate with external resources including benefits brokers, benefits enrollment vendors, human resource/benefits consultants and insurance carriers.

TxVia internal and external web sites
Various authorization logs (VISA, MasterCard, Western Union, etc.)
Switch service providers
Various incoming email boxes
Voice mailboxes
Validation that all phone services are operational
Creation/ management f the Production Incident Turn Over Reports
Handling of incoming/outgoing calls from end users
Analyze
Provide support, monitoring and reporting in a technology diverse environment
Develop expertise in the use of database and business objects tool
Develop advanced report writing skills, including the ability to write supplemental code (SQL) to create customized reports
Develop technical knowledge that provides for the informed communication and tracking of new requirements/enhancements
Analyze activities in his/her realm of responsibility and report relevant findings to the management team.
