I work as a Virtual Assistant for over 8 years with a high creative capability based on administration, client engagement and internet marketing research background.
Over these competitive years of experience in customer service and online administrative supports, I developed strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a keen ability to multitask a variety of challenges and responsibilities.
I also have 1-year experience working as internet marketing assistant specializing SEO, social media, and link-building techniques. I know how to manage WordPress specifically in plugins and theme installation, WordPress menus and designing of headers though I'm far from being an expert. I know photoshop, FTP, MS words and CRM software.
I’m good at working in a team, persistent and aimed to get the best results. I believe that working as a VA offers diversity, flexibility, and independence, but requires greater responsibilities, hard-work, and motivation. I learned that the satisfaction should come from the process, not the goal. The more you learn, the more you can provide, the better opportunities you will have at continuing your success.
I ensure my client's benefit with the most important thing- TIME and keep in mind that learning more about their business should be a way to provide them the best help and assistance they truly need, not less.
In a nutshell, this means that I had to perform any task that the owner did not have time to do as though it was my own business.
