SEO and Online Marketing
o Generate leads and drive sales by using up-to-date strategies in link building, social media and web content
MLS & Website Listing Management
o Upload, edit and show client’s listings through Multiple Listing Service or personal websites
Marketing
o Make use of flyers, online marketing through social media sites (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln), and Virtual Tours and Staging, among others, ensure the most cost effective way to make a home appealing to a high number of potential buyers
o Undergo basic training on flyer creation, Craigslist posting and social media marketing
Prospect Management
o Learn, manage and monitor leads through Top Producer and Boomtown
Phone, Email and Schedule Management
o Balance multiple tasks from answering phones, appointment setting and email handlin
Transaction Coordination: Record Management
o Coordinate new deal closings, extensions, conversions and other pipeline events throughout the whole closing and approval process
o All transaction activities are tracked accurately, timely and consistent
for Customer service Supervisor:
• Manages about 13-15 Agents. For inbound Customer service
• Monitor, provide feedback and coaching to agents
• Check for call defects and opportunities for improvement
• Formulate action plans to help improve agents’ QA and Fizzback score
• Monitor incoming CSat surveys and identify defects and opportunities
• Prepare reports to upper management for the customer satisfaction status of the whole site
