Profile Description

I was previously employed as Account Analyst and Business Process Specialist for an international insurance company. I used to receive emails from insured/brokers requesting quotes and major/minor changes on their accounts and from there I maximize my attention to details skills since it deals with various fields such as home, auto and liability coverage. I also worked as Customer Service Representative (CSR) and as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the largest telecommunication company in Australia. It is a voice account

I enhanced both my speaking and writing skills in English medium. Both experiences gave me almost five (5) years experience in BPO. I was also employed as Real Estate Broker for golf and country club shares. I learned effective negotiation and transaction as buyer/seller for membership. And lastly, I was employed as College Instructor/Teacher for major HRM subject that made me advanced in Microsoft Office, Ms Word, Excel and Power Point.
