With my previous experiences working in the call center industry I can say that I've learned quite a lot of things that will give me an edge when we talk about a telemarketing position. Considering

I've been through I learned more about the scope of work expected of a call center professional such as how to handle calls for both inbound and outbound calls and I am willing to learn more. I am flexible, I know the importance of time management in this industry, I am able to work under pressure and I never settle for mediocre results. I will work and never stop until I get the job done.
