Profile Description

I have extensive work experience in a BPO setting and with that I am a seasoned customer service officer and have skills particularly in the Finance, Banking and Insurance industries. Aside from having knowledge in the customer service industry, I have also an extensive experience in the Quality area of work in a BPO setting. I know how to do transactional monitoring, lead and attend calibration sessions and do qualiaty coaching. Aside from this, I also have extensive experience in reports preparation and analysis of data. I have also taken a few years of Medicine proper thus I understand medical terms. I can write articles given the topic and can do research if needed. I know how to use MS Office applications like MS word, Excel, Powerpoint. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I want a long term, stable job where I can help you build your business.
