Most of my work experience is being a call center representative with 3 different companies such as Sitel as Technical Support Speacialist, Aegis People Support as Sales and Customer Support Representative and Convergys as Level 2 Escalations Agent. I can render an excellent customer service and multitask at the same time. Dealing with different kind of people will be easier for me. I also worked as level 2 remote technician for 247pcGuard(home based), I'm very much familiar withcomputer tune up hardware and software same as with ms office applications. And lastly with MYOUTDESK as Junior Team Leader. I can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
