I am a college graduate with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am a Front Desk Personnel in my previous job wherein I answer questions, entertain the concerns of the guests, handle their financial transactions with the hotel, give them proper accommodation that would satisfy their needs and even handle guest complaints. In my practicum at San Antonio,Texas,USA last year I also learn how to deal with different kind of people with different culture from different raises. I am well-versed in internet, I can do research, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and e-mail.
