Profile Description

As a Business Administrator at MCA Consulting, I contribute to the company's growth and success in the maritime industry by managing various administrative tasks, such as recruitment, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. In addition to my full-time position, I also work as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a German client at onlinejobs.ph, where I handle tasks related to Amazon, such as preparing Amazon customer report (amazon fulfilled shipments - tax invoicing), amazon order request review (sponsored ads report), customer feedback management, amazon advertising reports (sponsored products search term report). I have been working as a Virtual Assistant since June 2021, and I have developed skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Administration. I speak English, Tagalog, Visaya, and basic German, which helps me communicate effectively with my clients and customers. Moreover, I have a Certificate in Caregiving from Asian College, which I obtained in 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Silliman University, which I completed in 2013. These qualifications have enhanced my knowledge and skills in mental health, patient safety, and business management.
