Profile Description

I used to work as a Customer Service Representative (Voice) in a BPO. With that company I did LANGUAGE TRAINING which helped me be at my best in speaking, writing and understanding the English language. Also, Engish is our dialect at home so I know I have an edge on it. I am a savvy on the world wide web an on Microsoft Office Tools. I am also good at interacting with people since my previous job was a Sales and Marketing Executive and I handled a lot of people I am organized since I see myself as an O.C. type of person. I'd be very available to work online at anytime since I spend most of my time at home. I am patient and good at customer service. I am a
hardworking person, and good at multitasking, has great initiative and could handle pressure.
