Apart from my people management tasks as a Senior Associate for the company's Governance Data Operations, the technical aspect of my job requires for me to be very keen to details while applying analysis and problem solving skills in gathering and profiling pertinent data to support our internal and external clients. I read through extensive SEC filing and other public documents of US companies trading in the US stock markets, identify valuable information, and input the validated and accurated information in the database.
As a manager, I lead a team of 7 analysts. I
also head the training intitiatives of the team as my primary goal is to ensure accuracy of data that we provide.
