Im into a BPO industry for about 7 years already. Been an Inbound CSR and and Outbound agent. For now, Im an agent for Backroom Support handling Corporate Accounts.
Also, I've been a data encoder for almost a year under a credit card firm and was able to type 30 - 40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
Furthermore, I was a Pool Attendant/Lifeguard for 10 years prior entering to BPO industry.
