Profile Description

Planning & Control. Leading application migration projects from planning to Project closure. Working primarily within all fields of project management within the IT Sector (but not exclusively)Ownership of project/ migration plans ensuring that forecasted trackable milestones are achieved and full adherence to change management processes Full compliance with Quality Management controls and processes as applicable. Full adherence with Risk Management process and controls, including fall back plans and containment actions. Team Leadership. Effective and confident leadership of multicultural fully remote Project Team Communicating the latest project status to all stakeholdersEnsuring that the team is fully and appropriately resourced to deliver, with periods of leave arranged and adequately coveredEnsure the project team is aware of the current priorities and expected work deadlines. They are motivated and focused to deliverAddress team blockers and issuesContribute to the wider PM team within Fujitsu and customers ensuring any open related topics are effectively managed and addressedContribute lessons learned / suggest and implement improvements for Project Management methodology.Full management of PM responsibilities e.g. Risk management, communication management, stakeholder management, etc.
