*Amazon Seller Central + Customer Support
- I have experienced handling customer support via amazon message center, adding product to listings, Keyword Search, Images and other amazon tasks.
- I know how to update Seller Sales Data via Report Page on Amazon Seller Central etc.
- I can manage Positive and Negative Reviews as well as Feedback. I also respond to them in a professional manner and making sure I get a 100% customer Satisfaction  
- I can process refunds, orders, check FBA calculator, sales monitoring etc

*E Commerce VA + Customer Support
- I have necessary skills to deal with clients through emails and attending to a variety of customer concerns. I also have solid foundation of critical thinking to resolve any issue that may arise.
-I know how to add products to sell in selling sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Poshmark, Shopify and other selling sites
-I also have the knowledge in processing Orders and Tracking them, Doing Replacements and Refunds

*Data entry
- I have the knowledge to organize documents and utilize Microsoft Applications such as MS Word and MS Excel. I also have the knowledge to use spreadsheets in maintaining significant data and relevant documents.

*Product Research
- I am fully equipped in searching relevant and saleable products to sell on Amazon or any platforms. I know how to do Keyword Research as well as use tools to manage this task well. I have used Helium, Cerebro etc. I have the knowledge to manage aliexpress or alibaba accounts.

*Influencer marketing
- I have experienced reaching out to potential influencers in social media platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram to promote items as well as build a good relationship amongst them. I also know how to curate a series of email templates in communicating with multiple influencers

* Admin/Personal assistant
- I also have a relevant experience in this position. I am an organized person and has an excellent oral and communication skills. I believe this job requires focus and organization and make sure each and every tasks are done step by step.

* Social Media Marketer
- I am very good in Managing Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, ---------- and Twitter. I have used Canva, Buffer, Pexel Photos and other tools to effectively managed accounts mentioned.
