Profile Description

I have been into servicing people since I worked with other call centers here in the Philippines. I can write and speak very fluent English. I'm a very persevering person to the point that I won"t stop pursuing a client who I know will give the company revenues. I can communicate with them online and I'm that dedicated woman in doing my job. I can even be assigned in remote places and do graveyard shift to access the customers assigned to me. In dealing with any person, I'm so polite and courteous because I know that we have to assist them with kind words, good command of language, be attentive to their needs and perform the job effectively. I'm also of good moral character which makes me aware of the sensitivity of a person. I honor people who are our elders, those who are in authority, those who are Ministers of the Word of God and even young people who should be honored for a job well commended. I value the ability of a person who are inept in their line of work or who are knowledgeable not known or relevant to what I know. And even if, I'm a Senior Citizen woman, I give due respect to where respect is due. I truly know how to deal with people and I'm resting my hand to you that I can deliver an excellent and high quality performance. I'm punctual given a deadline and I'll do the assigned job in due time. I find it fulfilling whenever I 'll be recognized with my work because it's one of the highest tribute a company can endow me.
