My latest employer was Winner Online (Thailand). Winner Online publishes mobile, client, and web games. I was the game coordinator and the game master of some of the games. As a coordinator, I talk to the developers, our tech team and other GMs to prepare for our events and marketing strategy. As a game master, I monitor the game and the players to check for problems and determine what events we can do to further improve the game.
I have operated an Internet café with the Operations Manager position. I was in charge of making sure that everything is going as smoothly as possible and also check current and future gaming trends to be able to meet the demands of the customers. I am also in charge of organizing different events for the gamers. I also accepted freelance jobs such as graphic designing and also an online community game manager and a forums moderator. We usually handle customer concerns and also create or implement different events in-game or through forums.
