With my experience, I have worked with various productivity tools such as CMS-Avaya, Oracle, RightNow Answer Station (email platform), Bold Chat, and Zopim (chat platform similar to Bold Chat). I am also familiar with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
I also have more than 2 years of supervisory experience with 20 FTEs for the leading satellite entertainment provider in the U.S. The management training that I've been exposed to has allowed me to effectively balance the interest of the business, as well as the consumer.
