I've been working in the BPO industry for about 17 years now. I've worked with big companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Sutherland Global Services, ANZ Bank and Acquire Asia Pacific. I've handled lead generation, customer service, outbound/inbound sales, email/chat and retention. I've been a Team Leader and Coach with my previous companies but d ---------- to work from home due to the company's "unfortunate" reasons. I've been with an E-commerce employer and worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Customer Service Representative/Email and Chat Agent, and I'm delightful to say that I'm flexible with whatever task is given to me.
