I'm an 8-year experienced VA, 3.5 years of freelancing, and 5 years in BPO industry. I am work from home ready and I have my own devices (Computers, updated iPhone, fast internet connection, and printers available). I am very familiar and exposed with wide varieties of technology in my career.  I know how to use CRM systems like Siebel, Workflowmax, Servicem8, GEOOP, Infusionsoft, and accounting systems like XERO and Quickbooks; Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, etc. I am very good at researching and this is one of my top skills. I consider myself very adaptable and a fast learner. I also have experience in researching, and scheduling clients using CRM system/Job management system. If hired, I will be an asset to the company and will make an excellent addition to your team.
