Profile Description

I'm an IT graduate and held positions in software/application development and customer/technical assistance both personally and online. I also have a lot of experience with internet/product research and data entry/organization tasks so it's a given that I'm proficient in word processing.
I'm a quick study given the right references and instructions and highly adaptable. I have an excellent command of written English that I frequently used to communicate with European and U.S. clients on my previous jobs via email and chat.
I've assisted in numerous SIT and UAT cycles and I am quick in understanding how a system works. Having a considerable amount of experience involving website QA/tests, I'm a very observant worker. Attention to detail is my prevalent characteristic. There might be no such thing as perfection, but I don't see anything wrong in striving hard for it.
