I have worked as a professional staff in the BPO industry for the past 8 years. My work experience includes Inbound and Outbound Accounts for Customer Care, Billing, and Telco.
As your ad requires, I am fluent in all computer languages and systems, and have a professionally updated office at home comprised of Skype, 2-5Mbps cable internet speed connection, headset /mic and camera, dual core computer to carry out all necessary office tasks and responsibilities. I also have completed necessary applications to make my work easier and effective. I have Team viewer, All Adobe and Microsoft applications among others. I also have knowledge on Craigslist Postings, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media. I work independently and with minimum support, I can handle many different projects at once.
