I've been in the BPO/ contact centre industry for more than 5 years and in this span of time, I was able to improve my communication skills both written and spoken. I also have enough knowledge on transcribing from audio to texts. I have telemarketing skills though not that much. I am computer literate and can handle Internet Explorer/ Browser. I can work with Google Spreadsheet and I have knowledge on Microsoft Paint, Word, Document, Excel and all sort of these basic tools that are necessary to run a BPO or contact center. I have the willingness and skills necessary to learn new things fast. I also have leadership skills and I know how to handle people very well and turn negativity into positive. Typing skill is also included.
