As a Supervisor handling a team of technical agents providing email support to customers, I am hands on in developing my team's writing skills by coaching them on correct grammar and composition, style, email etiquette and proofreading.
I used Blogspot before but I find Wordpress more dynamic, accessible and responsive since the latter, I think, has more plug-ins, themes, customizations and with an Android application that can be downloaded by any user from any parts of the world (Unlike Blogspot whose application can only be used in the US).
For fun, I have my own wordpress and have I created and managed my team's wordpress blog site (1ambing.wordpress.com).
I have basic knowledge of SEO practices and web analytics.
I am very familiar with key wording, search relevance, search suggestions, cache pages, domain and url search and in general, how the search algorithm works.
I'm using both the Google Webmaster and Bing Webmaster Tool but not in its strict technical sense - just enough for me to know that my pages were registered, will be crawled and if it would appear on search results.
